70s Denim Button-Down Skirt & Bardot

Ok, so you know when you you eat so much but then wait half an hour and then think, 'OK, so I still have about 2/10 of my tummy that could be filled so I'm going to make another peanut butter sandwich'. And then you eat that peanut butter sandwich, feel kind of satisfied, kind of sick and kind of like it wasn't worth it? Yep. That happened tonight.

I blame school tbh, because who leaves a pack full of dark chocolate biscuits in front of a 15 year old vegan? Exactly.

I don't actually know why I'm telling you this because my next sentence is going to be: 'this skirt is hella cute and I really love it and want to wear it all the time'.

This skirt is hella cute and I really love it and want to wear it all the time.

But I'm feeling like I can't wear it unless I have those Kendall Jenner lean-and-long legs at the ready. Is that a shop? Lean-and-long?

So now I am obviously on a leaf and twig diet, as of tomorrow. Oh and kale. (I need to finish off those cakes I discovered in the freezer first, but whatever)

This skirt is the best thing I have done this spring. I applaud everything about this skirt. I started writing an ode but I think it just went too far, it went down the path to becoming an Oscar acceptance speech and I just forgot who I needed to be thanking. Thank you to anyone ever involved in the process this skirt has gone through because you have just made my spring life a whole lot easier.

The sun woke up this week and decided to take us straight to hell. Like, English hell, but still. It has been over 15 degrees. every. single. day. No joke - it has become a lifestyle and I even wore shorts. This outfit is probably brilliant for spring. Never underestimate the power of an adorable and very vintage-esque denim skirt with a sassy as anything top, hat and boots. Just never underestimate these boots ever.

Seriously though, some guys in a factory made this skirt and jokes aside, I actually support fairness a great deal.
